Professor Costas Andriopoulos (Module Leader for ‘New Venture Creation’)
Costas is a Professor of Management and Associate Dean, MBA Programmes. His research areas include studying how organisational paradoxes enable innovation in the face of changing technological environments – particularly how entrepreneurial firms in high-velocity markets can excel at both incremental and discontinuous innovation.

Professor Clifford Oswick (Module Leader for ‘Managing Strategic Change’)
Cliff is a Professor of Organisation Theory. Cliff’s research interests include the application of aspects of discourse, dramaturgy, tropes, narrative, and rhetoric to the study of organisations and organising. Within this, he is particularly interested in the study of leadership processes, employee engagement, and organisational change.
Professor Andre Spicer (Dean, and Module Leader for 'Leading People in Organisations')
Professor André Spicer is Dean of Bayes Business School (formerly Cass) and a professor of organisational behaviour. He has done work on organisational power and politics, organisational culture, employee identity, the creation of new organisational forms, space and architecture plays at work and leadership. His work looks at a wide range of settings including knowledge intensive firms, financial institutions, seaports, universities, libraries, media organisations, and new social movements.

Dr Jörg-Martin Ries (Module Leader for ‘Operations and Supply Chain Management’)
Jörg is a Reader in Operations Management. Jörg’s research interests include the development and application of predictive and prescriptive analytics in supply chain management, the use of text analytics and artificial intelligence for smart and efficient supply chains, sustainable supply chain operations, and more. He is also is a member of the Digital Leadership Research Centre at Bayes, and the Data Science Institute at City, University of London.
Dr Sara Jones (Module Leader for ‘Technology and Innovation’)
Dr Sara Jones is a Reader in Creative Interactive System Design, in the Faculty of Management. Dr Jones has been a principal/co-investigator on more than 10 AHRC-, JISC-, EU- and bilaterally funded research projects worth over £10million. She has published more than 100 peer-reviewed papers in academic journals and conference proceedings, taught a wide range of courses at undergraduate and postgraduate level, and consulted for a number of major organisations.

Professor Steve Thomas (Module Leader for 'Investment Strategy and Practice')
Stephen is a Professor of Finance. He also currently teaches core introductory finance for the EMBA, Modular EMBA, and Dubai EMBA programmes, as well as the Derivatives and Hedging elective for the full-time MBA and Investment Strategy for the Dubai EMBA. Stephen has a strong research and industry background and his research has won numerous awards.

Dr Aneesh Banerjee (Course Director for the Global MBA and Module Leader for 'Competitive Edge with Digital Technologies')
Aneesh is currently on sabbatical. Global MBA Course Director in the interim is Manto Gotsi. Dr Banerjee is Reader in Management at Bayes Business School. A City University Chancellor’s Award recipient in recognition for his excellence in teaching and learning, Aneesh's research is in the areas of technology and innovation management. Aneesh is also interested in the influence of governance on innovation and in that context, has studied family-owned and employee-owned businesses.

Dr Ivana Raonic (Module Leader for 'Accounting and Financial Reporting' preparatory course)
Dr Ivana Raonic is Senior Lecturer in Accounting & Finance. She’s been published in some major journals and her teaching experience includes financial statement reporting and analysis, equity investments and valuation, and security analysis. Dr Raonic's research interests include covenant-light debt contracts and the role of accounting, debt contracting and financial distress, fresh start accounting and the role of hedge funds and analysts’ strategic role in using accruals.
Professor Andrew Clare (Module Leader for ‘Finance')
Andrew Clare is the Professor of Asset Management. Andrew is co-author of The Trustee Guide to Investment, and has been published extensively in both academic and practitioner journals on a wide range of economic and financial market issues. In 2007, he was ranked as the world’s 9th most prolific finance author of the past 50 years.

Dr Aulia Syakhroza (Module Leader for 'Strategy')
Dr Aulia Syakhroza is an Assistant Professor (lecturer) of Strategy. Dr Syakhroza's work has been published in Academy of Management Journal and Social Forces. She won Best PhD Paper and was nominated for Best Paper at the Strategic Management Society Annual Conference 2016 in Berlin.
Professor Paolo Volpin
Professor Paolo Volpin, Professor of Finance, is a research fellow at the Centre for Economic Policy Research (CEPR) and a research associate at the European Corporate Governance Institute (ECGI). He has written numerous journal articles and his research in corporate finance, especially in the field of corporate governance, has won several awards.
Dr Dimitris Paraskevopoulos (Module Leader for 'Machine Learning for Business')
Dr Dimitris Paraskevopoulos is a Reader in Operations and Supply Chain Management. His research is on the design, development and application of operations research methods for solving complex combinatorial optimisation problems.

Dr Laeticia Mimoun (Module Leader for 'Marketing')
Dr Laetitia Mimoun is a Lecturer in Marketing. Dr Mimoun's research focuses on consumer liminality and liquid lifestyles. She examines consumer identity among consumers who embrace transition, contingency, and uncertainty. Her secondary research interest relates to technology consumption, particularly in contexts of blurred boundaries and questionable legitimacy.

Alex Moss (Module Leader for 'Global Real Estate')
Alex Moss is Director of the Real Estate Research Centre. He’s the Chairman of the European Public Real Estate Association (EPRA) and has been involved in the global real estate sector for over 30 years. In 2012 Alex formed Consilia Capital, a real estate investment advisory firm, specialising in the performance and strategies of real estate, infrastructure, and real asset funds, combining academic research with practical applications.
