We now have only a small number of places available for the Bayes Full-time MBA starting on 31 August 2022.

If you require a Student Visa, please email us at bayes-mba@city.ac.uk before submitting your application.  In your email, please indicate your GMAT or GRE score, and your IELTS, TOEFL or PTE score.  Please note that if you have not yet sat one of these, then in most cases it will be too late for us to consider you for entry in 2022.

As soon as you submit a fully completed application it will be processed so there is no need to wait until the next deadline.

Once your application is complete and meets our entry requirements, it will be reviewed by the admissions panel and if successful you will be invited for an interview with a member of faculty.

The whole process from complete application to final decision typically takes 4 - 6 weeks.

Please send your enquiry and a copy of your CV to bayes-mba@city.ac.uk

* If you require a Student visa then we strongly recommend you submit your application to us by Round 6 at the latest

** Rolling applications will only run if there are still places available.

Six reasons to apply early

    1. The earlier rounds present greater opportunities to be considered for financial awards and scholarships. However, it is important that you explore all options for funding your studies independently and do not solely rely on securing a financial award or scholarship. We strongly recommend you submit an application to the programme no later than Round 4 specifically if you wish to be considered for a scholarship.
    2. Due to the competitive nature of securing a place on the MBA programme a waitlist is operated throughout the year. This is done in order to ensure there is balance and diversity in the cohort. If you are placed on the waitlist it is possible you could be offered a place at a later stage in the recruitment cycle. Further information will be provided at that time on next steps in the process.
    3. You will have first choice with University accommodation.
    4. There will be a longer period of time to make arrangements for the upcoming year, including addressing any work commitments, preparing for international travel and the visa process.
    5. You will receive invites to additional pre-programme events and networking opportunities.
    6. It provides extra time to connect with future class mates.

As part of the application process you will automatically be considered for a financial award of up to 30% of the tuition fees, however if you wish to be considered for a scholarship you must complete the additional essay question included in the application form.

Please note, The Coca-Cola Foundation Women's Leadership Scholarship follows a separate application process which can be found here.

If you require a student visa it is strongly recommended you apply by round 6 in order to have enough time to prepare your visa application and complete the process.

Contact us with any questions or if you would like us to assess your suitability for the programme please complete the CV review form.

All applicants to the Full-time MBA are required to take either GMAT or GRE. You should aim for a well-balanced minimum GMAT score of 600 or for an equivalent minimum score in GRE.

You can submit an application before you take the test as long as you provide your confirmed test date on your application form.  You will need to send us the test booking confirmation together with your application.

To send your GMAT score report to us please use 2C2 - R0 – 50 or GRE score report use code 9646

Please note, however, that due to the volume of applications that we receive and the demand for places, we will not be able to consider your application until we have your confirmed GMAT or GRE score.

Two supporting references. These can either be from your current employer, a previous employer or a client.

Although your referees will receive an electronic request, it is our experience that referees respond more quickly if the candidate also sends the link to the online reference form directly to them.
