Full-time MBA class of 2024

In late August we welcomed our latest cohort of the Full-time MBA to Bayes Business School.

Our Full-time MBA programme is a 12-month exploration of self-discovery, based in the heart of the City of London. We are proud to highlight 19 different nationalities in our cohort, clearly reflecting London’s status as one of the most cosmopolitan cities on the planet.

Our highly experiential learning increases business knowledge, skills and performance whilst refining students’ ability to think innovatively. They will graduate equipped to put their newly developed skills into practice in an ever-changing global business environment.

Every year on the Full-time MBA, the Recruitment and Admissions team work extremely hard to recruit a diverse cohort, in terms of gender, nationality, industry and function. This year is no exception, as we welcome a highly diverse group of students from a wide variety of organisations including Accenture, Deloitte, Imperial College London, and PricewaterhouseCoopers to name a few.

Our students bring a wealth of professional experiences to the programme. They will need to utilise these prior experience when participating in extensive group work especially during integration weeks and the Strategy Project.

Continuing the globalisation in the classroom, the entire cohort will travel to Portugal for the International Consultancy Week , and have the option to choose from of a multitude of international electives around the world.

Yet again. we are thrilled to have just under 50% female representation in the cohort. The Bayes Women’s Leadership Programme, supports women who are seeking their own version of success, which goes well beyond corporate or entrepreneurial leadership. Marian Han was last years’ GWLP scholar, find out how the 50% scholarship and an leadership programme helped her.

What attracted you to Bayes and the Full-time MBA?

The Full-time MBA programme was a perfect fit for what I felt I needed to continue developing my career. I´ve been working in the wine industry for more than 6 years and having the opportunity to interact with other industries/sectors was invaluable for me.

What do you hope to gain from the Full-time MBA?

I´ve always worked in sales and marketing positions so this is an excellent opportunity to learn from my classmates who all work in different industries/countries/cultures, which in the long run will help me to explore business opportunities to implement in Chile in the future.

What aspects of the Full-time MBA are you most looking forward to?

All the workshops and practical learning activities. The international consultancy week is also something that calls my attention, having the opportunity to deep dive into a different industry/country is something that I had never experienced before.
