Lauren McCarthy

Lauren McCarthy is Director of ETHOS and a Senior Lecturer in Corporate Social Responsibility at Bayes Business School. She hasLaurenMcCarthy held previous roles at Royal Holloway, University of London, Copenhagen Business School, and the University of Nottingham. Lauren’s research explores how businesses and partner organisations can contribute (or not) to gender equality, particularly within global value chains. This work has also touched on feminist social movements and their utilisation of different strategies including social media and CSR. Her work has been published in Organization Studies, Human Relations, Business Ethics Quarterly, Business & SocietyOrganization, and Gender, Work & Organization, as well as in journals in the geography and development fields. Lauren’s most recent grant investigates the effects of the COVID-19 pandemic on the Cambodian garment supply chain with a feminist lens on workers' access to social protection (refashionstudy.org)

Szilvia Mosonyi

Szilvia MosonyiSzilvia Mosonyi is Visiting Fellow at Bayes and Head of Operations at the ETHOS Centre. She is Senior Lecturer in Responsible Leadership at Queen Mary University of London, School of Business and Management. Her research revolves around professionalisation and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR). Szilvia completed her PhD at Bayes Business School. She holds an MRes from Bayes, an MA in Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) from Nottingham University Business School (ICCSR), and an MA in Sociology from the Eotvos Lorand University of Science in Hungary. Prior to starting her doctoral studies, Szilvia spent 7 years as a CSR consultant at Deloitte London, where she led and delivered advisory and assurance engagements for leading multinational companies across a variety of industries. This experience informs her teaching of CSR, ethics, and responsible leadership. Szilvia is committed to impactful research, and she actively participates in research projects directed towards practitioners. Such projects included a research report on culture change in the banking sector launched in the UK Parliament, and a study of the effectiveness of responsible investment for the United Nations backed Principles of Responsible Investment (PRI).

Lucrezia Nava

Lucrezia NavaLucrezia Nava is the Social Media Manager for ETHOS, and a Lecturer in Corporate Social Responsibility at Bayes Business School. She is also a Research Associate at the Energy Policy Research Group, University of Cambridge Judge Business School (and Hughes Hall College). In her research, she investigates how organizational members interpret and respond to natural environmental stimuli, such as climate change, and organizational members’ perceptions of climate policies. She has experience in conducting interdisciplinary research, working together with agronomists, geographers, and natural scientists in large grant-based projects.
