Re-imagining Organisations and their Financial Sustainability
This essential programme empowers the charity leader to redefine their financial and business models to maximise impact
This programme will consist of five half day online workshops on the following dates:
- Thursday 2nd March 2023
- Thursday 9th March 2023
- Thursday 16th March 2023
- Thursday 23rd March 2023
- Thursday 30th March 2023
All sessions will run from 09:00 to 12:30.
Prior to the start of the online workshops, participants will need to complete approximately five hours of preparation self-study, for which video materials will be provided.
The Earl-Bird fee for this programme is £695pp. This price if available for all bookings made on or before the 31st January 2023. After the 31st January 2023 the full programme price of £795pp will be charged.
This programme fee covers the five virtual workshops, all self-study preparation videos and other course materials; and a 1:1 call with a programme leader.

The programme will be led by Mark Salway and Sara Ramsey. You will also hear from external speakers from social enterprises and charities, all chosen for their thought leadership in these areas.
Mark is a Visiting Lecturer on our Charities Master's programme and was previously Director of Sustainable Finance for CCE. Mark has extensive experience both as a Finance Director at CARE International UK and Cats Protection. He has also twelve years consulting experience at CCE, KPMG and Moore Kingston Smith. He has also run his own businesses.
Sara is an experienced COO, Finance Director and Advisor. She enjoys working with CEOs and Entrepreneurs, facilitating them in transforming their visions and goals into reality. Sara is Founder of the ForGood Network which helps organisations develop effective partnerships and maximise the impact on their networks.
