Why choose our Outstanding Leadership breakfast series?

Leadership does not happen in a vacuum and each module in this series will be viewed through the lens of our current circumstances. This is an interactive series and participants are encouraged to share the real challenges and opportunities they face as we work together through each stage of the programme.

Leadership requires a range of skills and experience, but now more than ever there is a focus on the ‘softer skills’ of leadership. The Outstanding Leadership programme reflects this and focuses on the human and relational aspect of leadership, as well as promoting agility and adaptability in organisations.

Each module in this online series will provoke your thinking by sharing relevant models, frameworks and research. These will be explored in plenary and discussed in small groups to reflect on how you might make use of them in your organisation.

"I have found the Outstanding Leadership programme an inspiration. For developing leaders it has helped me to think bigger, aim higher and focus on what really matters in leadership."
