About
Overview
Mark Fogel works in talent strategy, organizational design, and learning and development in the United States. At the University of Dayton, he has taught within both their MBA and MPA programs, and advises UD’s Institute of Applied Creativity for Transformation, a new entity that offers the US's only undergraduate certification in Applied Creativity. Mark is also a National Security Fellow with the Truman Project, a nonpartisan Washington DC-based research institution. Previously he served for 14 years as a Senior Command Pilot in the US Air Force, while today he serves in the Ohio Air National Guard with the rank of Lt Col. He regularly consults for private, public, and nonprofit organizations on strategic HR issues such as leadership development, DEIA, performance management, and organizational culture. Mark earned a BS in Behavioral Sciences from the US Air Force Academy, a Masters in Public Policy from the Harvard Kennedy School of Government, and is a Management Executive PhD student at Bayes Business School, City, University of London.
