Our approach

We work closely with our clients to co-create our custom programmes.

We work closely with our clients to scope, design, deliver and measure tailor-made programmes that work at the individual, team and organisational level to achieve sustainable change and impact. Each programme is designed to be flexible, allowing for in-person, online, or blended learning.

Our team comprises a dedicated client director and programme managers who will work with you to design a tailored programme, ensuring alignment with your organisation's needs and strategy.

How we work with you

We take a four-phased approach to create custom programmes with our clients:

Scoping and discovery

  • Identify your key business issues, priorities and objectives.
  • Define the overall scope, timelines and deliverables.
  • Establish clear communications protocols with your stakeholder team.

Design and development

  • Draft, review, and iterate the programme design to ensure it addresses key learning objectives and outcomes, and is embedded in your organisational culture.
  • Determine the delivery method: in-person, online or blended learning.
  • If in-person, agree the location: at our Finsbury Square campus or on-site at your premises.

Delivery

  • Learning experiences that are grounded in research yet highly practical and evidence-based to embed new ways of thinking and working.
  • Varied activities such as short lectures, case studies, group discussions, team exercises, peer support, reflection sessions, psychometrics, coaching, and industry visits.
  • Opportunities to widen professional networks, attend high-profile events, and embed cultural experiences and social activities.

Evaluation and impact

  • Formal review processes to measure the programme’s effectiveness, practical application and ROI linked to key learning objectives.
  • Follow-up activities to sustain learning and application, such as action learning and executive coaching.
  • Lifelong membership of the Bayes Alumni network – a global community with over 50,000 fellow graduates in 170 countries (dependent on programme duration).
