We asked her about the DYCCS programme, and how it supports consultants thrive and become leaders.

How did you end up bringing  your expertise to Bayes?

“I started my career at Deloitte, gaining experience in finance and consulting, working in both the UK and Australia. My time at Deloitte culminated in a leadership position, managing the UK firm’s National Leadership and Development Programme for managers up to partnership.

Subsequently, I co-founded a business training consultancy which provides clients with a wide range of financial and business development training programmes. In 2018, I joined Elevation Learning as a Principal Consultant, before becoming CEO in 2019. Elevation Learning have built a strong working partnership with Bayes Business School (formerly Cass) over many years. I am proud to be able to continue developing and strengthening this relationship.
