Key information
About the Executive MBA in Dubai
The Bayes Executive MBA in Dubai ranks among the best in the world. We’re the ideal choice if you want an MBA from a triple-accredited leading global business school; if you want to study in Dubai (with the flexibility to visit our campus in London); and if you want to study on a part-time basis over two years.
In terms of your career aspirations, the Executive MBA in Dubai is suitable if you’re looking to progress in seniority, enhance your leadership skills and/or prepare for c-suite level roles.
You’ll need to commit to studying with us in person for four days every month, so you need to be able to travel to Dubai monthly. It’s also likely you’ll have an interest or want to develop your network in Middle East and North Africa region.
The programme
During the two years, you’ll learn from our first-rate faculty, which includes leading academics, policy makers, entrepreneurs and world-renowned practitioners. They’ll impart their knowledge, insights, leading research and best practice to prepare you for senior business leadership, entrepreneurialism and more.
They’ll teach a lively mixture of lectures, workshops and projects that will keep you engaged and motivated. You’ll learn to test the theories you learn by applying them to your workplace.
You’ll learn alongside an exceptional international cohort that gathers in Dubai every month from across the Gulf nations and beyond. You’ll learn with (and from) your peers in immersive four-day study blocks (Thursday to Sunday). You’ll grow in understanding and confidence of what you can achieve both individually and as part of a team.
During the programme, you’ll be able to choose from a range of global electives, and you’ll experience working within some of the world’s major business centres.
Your career
The Career and Professional Development team gives workshops and services that are specifically for executives. "I was at a stage in my career where I wanted to push onto the next level. I'm in finance and I could see that many of my peers in senior management hold postgraduate degrees, majority of which were MBAs. The school’s location in the Dubai International Financial Centre was an additional bonus due to the location of my office. We had members of the cohort from as far afield as New Zealand and Trinidad, and we all got along from day one. The teaching standards were fantastic, you could tell the effort from all the faculty was exactly the same as it would be at the main London campus. There was never a feeling of being in a 'satellite' campus."
– Danny Reynolds, Executive MBA in Dubai, 2019. Associate Director at Arqaam Capital. Nationality: British.
"The EMBA… was a great experience. I was based at the Dubai International Financial Centre for my work, so found it incredibly easy to move between work and the four-day lectures that were being held at the same location. The teaching staff were remarkable, but perhaps the best experience was tobe doing the EMBA with such a diverse group of people, both in terms of nationality but also in terms of careers."
- Leigh Kennedy, Executive MBA in Dubai, 2010. Head of campus (Gippsland) of Federation University, Australia. Nationality: Australian.
