What I really enjoyed about the Business School (formerly Cass) is its inclusive atmosphere.

After graduating in Business Management at the University of Macedonia in Greece, I chose the Business School (formerly Cass) because it features strongly in the rankings and is recognised by top employers as a prestigious UK business school.

The MSc

The MSc in Supply Chain, Trade and Finance offers an end-to-end view of the supply chain. Studying subjects ranging from accounting and finance to supply chain modelling, I was able to look beyond the narrow scope of logistics. This not only gave me a 360-degree view of businesses that have supply chain at their core, but also broadened my career opportunities.

For me, the best part of the course was its unique blend of theory and practice. I especially appreciated the wide selection of course content and the in-class visits of professionals who shared their industry experience with us.

Great atmosphere and diversity

What I really enjoyed about the Business School (formerly Cass) from the very beginning is its inclusive atmosphere – the environment and facilities at Bunhill Row are tailored to the needs of business students. By the end of the year, the school felt more like a meeting place for studying, group work and academic discussions, than just a building where we would attend classes.

I was among a truly international group of students on the course. The nationality, age, gender and professional background of each of my classmates formed a unique mosaic that developed my team skills and helped me to understand how I should interact with people of different backgrounds in order to collaborate efficiently and have a good time.

Having been a Londoner for nine years now, I am a strong believer in the old saying “If you are tired of London, you are tired of life!” The opportunities here are amazing, whether you are looking for professional or networking events, nightlife, cultural options, learning opportunities, you name it.

After graduating, I secured a role at Procter & Gamble and worked there for three years. I am currently working as a Digital Products Manager - Supply Chain, Shell. The MSc in Supply Chain, Trade and Finance was a game-changer when it came to achieving my career goals.
