Bayes MBA for Entrepreneurship ranks as one of the best across Europe
New Poets & Quants ranking places Bayes 4th best in Europe and the 2nd best in the UK.
The fourth iteration of the ranking, which uses indicators such as the ratio of full-time MBA curricula dedicated to entrepreneurship, resources available to students and the number of graduates starting companies or working for start-ups, placed Bayes 16th globally, 4th in Europe and 2nd in London.
Professor Costas Andriopoulos, Associate Dean for MBA programmes, said:
“The MBA for entrepreneurship at Bayes remains an outstanding option for those wanting to work in business. To maintain our position in the top two in the country for the third year in a row is an excellent achievement.
“We want to nurture people to be creative and aim to develop big things on our MBA programmes rather than only analyse and synthesise information and who simply present ideas. MBA graduates should be people who can think, lead and disrupt from within, be it in start-ups or bigger organisations.
"The Bayes Entrepreneurship Fund was set up to provide financial investment for companies in their early stages, and our students can also take advantage of professional mentoring from experienced businesspeople, an accelerator programme and a co-working space to grow ideas into a successful company.
“This Poets & Quants ranking is testament to the opportunities and environment created at Bayes to help students to become the next generation of business leaders.”
