What do we mean when we talk about corporate diversity?

Centre for Banking Research hosts Building Society Association research symposium

The Centre for Banking Research at Cass Business School recently hosted a prestigious research symposium organised by the Building Society Association (BSA).  A key theme was diversity in financial services – but of corporations rather than people.

The Symposium heard from leading researchers developing analyses on how diversity can be defined and measured, and why it matters.  Andrew Gall, Chief Economist at the BSA, wrote this short article for the BSA newsroom about the day which can be read here.
