Overview

Eugen is a fintech professional with experience in banking, financial services and tech organisations. He designs and delivers business development initiatives for the Group and its branch entities. Eugen left commodities start up after having been appointed as the Chief Investment Officer to join the up-and-coming fintech space and help revolutionise finance.

He is also experienced in accounting and finance, and is a CFA and CAIA charterholder. Much of his training was done in Commerzbank, where he worked on the equity derivatives desk covering structured products for emerging markets. Eugen defines success as working in teams and gets great satisfaction of working with people who he can trust and respect.

Eugen holds a Bachelor and Masters in Finance from the University of Wurzburg, Germany. He has continued his own leaning and continues to develop, and he is also part of the Chartered Institute of Securities and Investment as an associate member.

He is based in London, United Kingdom, and also maintains roots in Germany and Russia.
