Annette's study contributes to knowledge on the shaping of constructive dialogue. It also has practical implications for organizational and individual level business school reforms led by the United Nations’ Principles for Responsible Management Education (PRME).

Summary of research
Understanding the worldviews of future business leaders is key to encouraging a more open and constructive dialogue about solutions to critical issues such as the climate crisis. My research examines how individuals interpret and respond to stimuli such as responsible management (un)learning socialization, and how individuals’ inherited worldviews shape their responses and workplace practices. My study contributes to knowledge on the shaping of constructive dialogue. It also has practical implications for organizational and individual level business school reforms led by the United Nations’ Principles for Responsible Management Education (PRME).
