About
Overview
Dr Mustafa Kavas is currently a Lecturer in Strategic Management at Sheffield University Management School. Before joining Sheffield University Management School, he held a postdoctoral research fellowship at Bayes Business School (formerly Cass), City, University of London, where he studied risk-sharing mechanisms to mitigate the economic consequences of pandemics. He received his PhD in Strategic Management from Bayes Business School (formerly Cass), City, University of London, in 2019, where he was awarded the Bayes Business School (formerly Cass) Scholarship. His PhD research focuses on the dynamics of spirituality and strategy practices within family firms. His research has been published in various journals and outlets, including Journal of Business Ethics, Organization Theory, Academy of Management Proceedings, International Journal of Organizational Analysis, and Development and Learning in Organizations: An International Journal.
