Publications

MARC's sponsors strive to ensure the delivery of innovative research that is relevant in the complex, fast-moving world of M&A. As a first step, research topics are agreed between MARC's academic team and the senior sponsors, reflecting a broad range of viewpoints.

Independent

The research is carried out independently, with respondents participating on a strictly anonymous basis. The research is then developed into full-length papers and subjected to a strict academic review process, as well as reviews by MARC's sponsors.

This approach delivers the Centre's two chief aims:

  • To extract practical insights from research and share them quickly
  • To ensure research is supported by academic rigour
