The Bayes MSc Virtual Careers Fair is an opportunity for you to be able to showcase your brand as well as meet specialist master's graduates.
We are currently the largest provider in Europe of specialist master's courses with more than twenty MSc programmes on offer ranging from Finance, Actuarial, Management, Marketing, Real Estate, Energy, Shipping, Insurance and Risk.
All our courses are designed with the needs of employers in mind and incorporate cutting-edge business theory. Our students encompass diverse skills and experience, and are suitable for graduate, entry-level or experienced hire positions.

Over 1,000 Bayes postgraduate master's students, alumni from all courses and around 60 employers
Bayes MSc students at a glance
- Over 90% have already obtained at 2:1 (or equivalent) in an undergraduate degree subject
- Over 80% have previously studied in the UK or Europe
What to expect from a Virtual Careers Fair
We appreciate for many of you a virtual careers fair will be a new experience. We will be using Vfairs as our online fair platform. Once registered for the fair, you will be sent a link to your virtual booth, which you can customise to your preference. The platform is very intuitive and straightforward, however, should you have any issues the Vfairs technical team will be on hand to support you, as will the Careers Team.
Training will be available on using the platform in advance of the event. We will also provide you with some best practice information and tips when we send you the link to your booth.
How will the Fair work?
The fair itself will be open from 09:00 - 17:00 on Friday 1st October. We are asking employers to commit to having representatives available to speak to students from 11:00 through to 14:00 (however you can continue to speak to students after 14:00 if you wish).
You will be able to chat to students via a chat box in either a group or private setting, and following on from last years feedback this year you will also be able to do video drop in chats as well as individual video chat if you wish. Students will be able to access your booth from 09:00 to obtain information about your company and vacancies available.
We will also be running a number of workshops and sector panel events throughout the day. These can be a great way of promoting your brand to a wider audience. If you are interested in participating in these do let us know.
Your booth can host videos, any live jobs and information and collateral about the company and recruitment process. You can upload information for students to download and take away and include links to your social media platforms, your website and any upcoming events you may have.
