Janina joined Bayes Business School in 2018 after having worked at universities in the Netherlands, the US, and Germany. In her research she has studied, among other topics, how gender and professional stereotypes can interact when people form impressions about men and women. Janina was appointed Director of the GWLP in 2021 and leads the programme from London, working with the Council and Executive Board.
