We have developed a tailored careers programme structure around four integrated areas to empower students to reach their goals.

Careers Coaching & Advice – Access to 1:1 meetings for support and practical feedback on an array of recruitment-related topics.

Corporate Engagement – We host a range of events throughout your time at Bayes to enable you to connect with employers and industry experts to network, explore opportunities and broaden your knowledge. Our extensive, engaged alumni community is also key within our offering.

Career Management & Employability workshops – We provide a series of informative, practical workshops to support you in developing the essential skills needed to progress in your career journey.

Online Resources – Bayes Careers Online (BCO) is your personal career planning and management tool. With everything from booking events to job vacancies, you'll find invaluable assistance at every step of your journey.

Our full-time MBA's take part in 'Achieving Your Potential' week. They are taken out of the classroom for an intense programme where they explore the idea of leadership and what this means for their personal and professional development.
